When a newsletter could not be delivered for a temporary reason, such as a full inbox, a throttled mail server, or a sending-side outage, the contact was treated as a permanent bounce. They were then left out of every later newsletter, with nothing on the campaign to say so. Only a permanent bounce now stops future newsletters.
Campaign pages now show how many audience members were not sent the campaign and why, for example a previous hard bounce, an unsubscribe, or a missing email address. The recipient count can now be matched against the size of the list.
